Terms of Service
No legal maze. Here's what you agree to when you use Denny — written so a real person can actually read it.
Agreement
By using Denny (“Service”), operated by Novablaze Technologies LLC (Delaware, USA) (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Denny. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Not medical advice
Denny is a wellness companion, not a medical service. The in-app AI is an AI assistant, not a doctor, midwife, or licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on Denny is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. In emergencies, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions & billing
- We offer a 7-day free trial, no card required. After trial, your subscription auto-renews at the chosen plan price.
- You may cancel any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. Stripe processes all payments securely.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 7 days of any paid charge, no questions asked. Annual plans get pro-rated refunds after 7 days.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Denny for any illegal purpose.
- Don't attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our AI models or knowledge base.
- Don't share your account with others.
- Don't upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service.
- Don't impersonate another person.
Your content
You retain full ownership of content you submit (messages, photos, journal entries). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Service. We never sell, license, or use it for advertising.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to planned or unplanned service interruptions. Status updates are posted at status.hellodenny.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account any time from settings — we wipe your data within 24 hours.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Delaware, except you may bring claims in small-claims court.
