Our main promise

7-day full refund

Paid and changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of any charge and we refund 100% — no questions, no forms, no friction. Processed in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Pro-rated annual refunds

Cancel your annual plan after 7 days but before it ends — we refund unused months. Example: cancel after 4 months on a 12-month plan → refund of 8 months.

No card needed

Free trial — truly free

Your 7-day trial requires no card. You can cancel any time before it ends and you'll never see a charge. We don't auto-upgrade without your active consent.

Cancel in one tap

Settings → Subscription → Cancel. We don't do retention calls, pop-ups, or hidden steps. You're done in three taps, and your access continues until the period ends.

What happens after cancel

You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your data stays securely stored for 30 days — you can re-activate or export. Then it's permanently deleted.

Chargeback-free zone

If something's wrong, reach us first — we'll make it right faster than any bank dispute. Chargebacks hurt small businesses disproportionately; we'd rather just fix it.

    Stripe processes the refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank — usually 3–5 business days.
