About Denny
Built by a husband. For every mom who's ever Googled at 3am.
Denny started in Asunción, Paraguay — built by a husband who listened, for years, as the women he loves told the same lonely 3am pregnancy story. Different year. Different city. Same twelve browser tabs.
I'm not a mom. I'm not a doctor. I'm a builder — and a husband.
Nine years ago my wife Anya was pregnant. I wasn't with her yet. But over the years she told me about those nights — sitting on the bathroom floor at 3am after one sip of wine at a friend's wedding, twelve tabs open, every article louder than the last. Nobody told her “you're okay — here's why.”
She felt invisible. The whole internet was happy to scare her, and not a single voice would just sit with her. She cried that night until her hands stopped shaking. Alone.
Then I started hearing the same story from her sister, from her best friend, from women I worked with. Different year, same lonely 3am panic.Nine years ago I couldn't have built this. The AI wasn't there. Now it is.
So I quit, spent a year on Denny — with a multinational OB advisory board across London · São Paulo · Berlin · NYC · Sydney, a pediatric neonatologist, a perinatal mental-health therapist, and 3,800+ pregnancy questions mapped to 17 international medical authorities.
And the night Anya's sister tested an early build at 24 weeks she wrote me at midnight: “I just cried. For the first time in this pregnancy I didn't feel alone.” That was the night I knew Denny had to exist for every woman.
“The first night I used Denny, I cried — because for the first time in months, I didn't feel alone in my own pregnancy.”

The team
Mikhail
Founder · Engineer · Husband
Built Denny in Asunción after a year of watching the women he loves go through pregnancy alone at 3am. Believes pregnancy AI should feel like a friend, not a clinic.
OB-GYN board · 5 countries
Multinational Medical Advisory
Practicing OB-GYNs in London, São Paulo, Berlin, NYC, and Sydney — combined 80+ years of clinical experience. Every red-flag rule signed off by a real doctor. See full credentials on the home page.
Anya
Test mom #1 · Wife
First user. First brutal feedback loop. The reason Denny was built — and the reason it stays warm. Lived the 3am story herself, nine years ago.
Full names and headshots of the OB advisory board appear on the home page under Medical advisory. Photos shown are illustrated placeholders while individual public-credit waivers are being signed. The clinicians, scopes, and review processes are real and live.
How we make decisions
Warmth before optimization
If the choice is between sounding right and sounding human, we pick human. Every time.
Memory is the moat
Generic AI forgets. Denny remembers your name, your week, your last ultrasound — that's the whole product.
Safety is non-negotiable
Hardcoded emergency keywords. OB-reviewed answers. We will not chase engagement that hurts.
Honesty over hype
We don't fake testimonials. We don't say 'doctor-approved' if no doctor approved. Trust is the entire game.
Built in public
We share roadmap, pricing changes, and even our cost-per-user. Founders' Slack is open to Concierge moms.
For our families first
Built for the women we love. His wife, her sister, her best friend — all reviewed early drafts. We can't ship anything we wouldn't want them on.
Doctors, not vibes
Multinational OB-GYN board across 5 countries. Pediatric neonatologist. Perinatal mental-health therapist. Real review, every release.
Curated knowledge, not internet noise
3,800+ Q&A mapped to 17 medical authorities (ACOG · NHS · WHO · NICE · CDC · RCOG · DGGG · FEBRASGO · JSOG · RANZCOG · MotherToBaby · Tommy's · PSI · Cochrane · Mayo · EMA · CNGOF). Reviewable sources, every claim.
